SHIPPING POLICY

At DUNE SPEC, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and securely. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom fabrication orders may require additional lead time. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
  • We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product, availability, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). If you’re located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., please contact us directly to discuss possible shipping options.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are a flat rate of $5 for all orders within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $54 within the contiguous U.S.

Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage so we can assist with a claim.

  • Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows it has been delivered, Dune Spec is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

International Shipping​
  • At this time, we only ship within continental United States (lower 48 states).

RETURNS & Warranty Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase from DUNE SPEC. Please review our returns and warranty terms below.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable since they are built to the exact specifications provided by the customer.

  • For non-custom products, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We may request photos to verify the issue.

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Warranty
  • Unless otherwise stated, products are sold as-is without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Vehicle modifications may affect handling, performance, and compliance with local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle remains safe and legal to operate.

  • Modifications may also void manufacturer or dealership warranties. Please review your vehicle’s warranty terms before installing aftermarket parts.
